Dr. Jean Choy Zannoni, 77, of Parma: Trial begins today on charges of theft, worker's compensation fraud, telecommunications fraud and tampering with records. Prosecutors say she performed routine examinations on patients then billed the Bureau of Worker's Compensation for higher-cost medical procedures from 2002 to early 2008 totaling $65,000.

2 men accused of robbing a 72-year-old woman at her East Side home
